Saplings Class

Welcome to Saplings Class page.  Our Saplings class is currently made up of Nursery & Reception.  These children have access to their classroom and an amazing covered outdoor area, so they can be outside whatever the weather.  These children also have Forest School sessions in our wild area each week and have use of the hall, playground, computer suite and library.  Saplings Class is taught by Miss Moore and Miss Durrant.  For more information about Nursery and Reception, please click on the Admissions tab on the top menu where you will find our welcome booklet and virtual tour.

The children in Saplings Class take part in 'Wild Wednesday afternoon' each week, where they choose which part of the wild area they would like to explore, create natural art and when Rev. Mark pops in, they show him what they have found!

Maths takes many shapes in Saplings Class, children work inside and outside ....

These children are researching information as part of their space project.

Here the children are participating in a science experiment to find out the best material for the roof of the Three Little Pigs' house.
